Weapons Training

Orange/yellow Belt or higher

Weapons training is offered to youth and adults that are in our Karate Program.  We offer both a basic weapons class and an advanced weapons class.

 

Basic Weapons

This class teaches students how to handle each of the weapons we currently train with: nunchaku, tonfa, escrima, and bo staff.  Once the student has demonstrated proficiency in handling the weapons, they will be invited to attend the Advanced Weapons Class.

 

Advanced Weapons

This class requires the student be proficient in handling each of the weapons we currently train with.  Here is where students learn the katas associated with each weapon, fighting techniques, disarmament and self defense.
